E-Closings are now available through TCAA. In Pennsylvania, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are now able to utilize E-Closings. Pursuant to the legislation which permits us to do E-Closings, we will overnight your closing documents to you and will schedule a video-conference with you, the other parties to the transaction, and a notary through a secured platform. You will sign the documents while on the video-conference and overnight your closing package back to us. Ask us today about our e-closing opportunities. 

In these crazy days of 2020 a lot has changed for TCAA. We decided in the Fall of 2019 to become 100% remote, meaning we eliminated our physical office space and everyone who works for TCAA now works remotely from the comfort of their homes. We provide mobile notaries for our closings which enables us to close any where at any time that is convenient for the parties of the transaction. 

As our country and the world faces the COVID-19 pandemic, TCAA is committed to protecting our clients and our staff by practicing social distancing, wearing masks, and sanitizing the areas for our closings. In some cases, we are able to provide E-Closings and perform our closings all online.

2014 was a great year for Tri-County Abstract Agency, LLC.  I am very blessed to have acquired such a great company with such a wonderful reputation.  We hit our goals for 2014 and we have even bigger goals for 2015.  A much needed THANK YOU is in order -- So thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts - to our clients, real estate agents and lenders who have referred business to us.  You have no idea how much that means to me!  I have enjoyed meeting all of the wonderful clients who have used TCAA to facilitate their closing process.  I have also been blessed to establish great relationships with many real estate agents and lenders in the area.  I hope to meet even more agents and lenders in 2015.  

With this New Year comes the dreaded Dodd-Frank regulations.  There is a lot to know and a lot to prepare for when the regulations go into effect on August 1, 2015.  TCAA is ready to handle these new regulations and we are ready to work with all lenders and real estate agents to make this process as easy as possible.  I am planning some lunch and learns for real estate agents in the near future.  If you would like to be on this list, please contact our office.

I have been very blessed with the opportunity to take over Tri-County after the passing of Michalene McGarvey.  She created a wonderful place to work and an even better place to come to as a customer.  I hope I am able to maintain the integrity, high quality work product and the long lasting relationships that Mike established throughout the years.  For 2014, I am striving to grow this business and bring on additional employees.  I am hoping by 2016 I will have an office in West Virginia.  I have great ideas for this company and in honor of Mike and all of her wonderful years of service in the Real Estate Industry, I truly hope I can succeed in my goals for 2014!
